Chronology
1975	November	Starting manufacturing production facilities as Alps Engineering in Hamamatsu City
1976	April	Moving the Head Office to Wakabayashi-cho, Hamamatsu City.
1977	August	Building the plant to start manufacturing toolings and equipment.
1978	October	Starting to study Sand Blast Processing.
1980	May	Starting to process precision parts, founding the precision processing department.
1982	September	Constructing the new plant in Nishiyama-cho in Hamamatsu City to move the Head Office there.
1986	January	Developing PC sub-equipment in cooperation with Roland DG.
1988	April	Moving the Head Office to Ohkubo-cho in Hamamatsu City ( in The Hamamatsu Technological Park Association)
1989	June	Starting the production of LC related equipment with OEM.
1992	March	Extending the machining plant and the precision assembly plant.
	October	Developing the hard marking equipment ( the basic technology of the Micro Blast)
1993	October	Starting the production of the mortar and the pestle for the rotary press
	November	Developing the Micro-Blast Machine and starting blast processing.
1997	September	Reinforcing the Micro Blast Plant to start processing the back plate of PDP.
1998	July	Developing the Micro Blast Technology in cooperation with Sony.
	October	Starting the production of vacuum equipment in technical cooperation with ULVAC JAPAN, Ltd.
1999	August	Developing the Micro-Blast Machine with the highest production speed worldwide.
	November	ISO9001 acquisition with Micro-Blast Machines, Micro Blast processing and vacuum equipment
2000	January	Extending the laboratory for Micro Blast and other R&D.
